A very famous Michelin-starred restaurant is situated near the Grand Place in Brussels. It maintains a tradition of 'home-style' cuisine prepared with high-quality ingredients, including local pigeons, North Sea lobsters and Italian black truffles. The menu keeps on changing to vary the tastes and also according to the season. However, sautéed lobster with truffles and chanterelles and roast saddle of lamb are available almost all the time and are the most favoured dishes.
